Staff development requires that the trainer determine the needs of the users as well as their learning style. In creating staff development for the faculty and administration in Randolph Field ISD and Northside ISD, a survey was first presented to the users to identify needs, interests and the type of presentation of information (online, one-on-one, small group, or departments). This process proved to be a viable means of engaging all of the stakeholders.

This section showcasess examples of the staff development presented during the 2002-03 school term. The "Outlook Online" web site was designed by Mrs. Carmickle and is now under local maintenance.
